Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective running of digital projects with a focus on great delivery.

At least 2-3 years’ experience in client service and account management. Digital Marketing experience is essential.

Reporting to: Executive Head of Client Service

Management level: Junior – Mid


  • Managing relationship between the client and company
  • Managing new briefs from inception with the client to working with the team (strategists, creative director, designers, animators, copywriters, media buyers) to producing an answer to the brief, to presenting the answer back to the client, to roll out
  • Daily account management of various clients allocated to your account;
    • Status meetings
    • Contact reports
    • Invoices

  • Relevant degree or similar
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • This candidate must be a people’s person and be able to manage their relationship with their client’s, professionally
  • Understanding of SEO and Google analytics
  • Must be very knowledgeable across all aspects of digital, including a deep knowledge of Digital Media and Reporting.
  • Understanding of social media and social content
  • Familiarity with social reporting and social listening tools
  • Previous digital marketing as an Account Manager is essential

  • Leadership. Must be able to drive the Flume team where necessary to deliver work
