In 2018, Microsoft launched Business Central, an all-in-one cloud-based business management solution. The platform is specially designed to reinvent business productivity using Dynamics 365 and Office 365 together, for optimal performance.
Not seeing the uptake they expected in the South African and United Arab Emirates markets, Microsoft set us a challenge.
We needed to devise a campaign that would convert at least 136 existing Microsoft clients to using Business Central within a two month campaign period on a shoestring budget.
With a total budget of R169 850, we shot a video at a local tennis court with an actor-friend of ours. The purpose of the video was to illustrate the concept that some things are just better together, like Dynamics 365 and Office 365. The campaign ran on LinkedIn for eight weeks.
During the eight weeks, our ‘Better Together’ video received 2 686 029 impressions, achieved an engagement rate of 10.95%, and prompted 6 391 clicks to Microsoft’s Business Central website. What’s more, one video led to 700 new sales leads.
